Terms of Service
Effective: September 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Dayfari app and dayfari.com (the
"Service"), provided by Dayfari ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you
agree to these terms.
What Dayfari does
Dayfari helps you discover local events, free things to do, and stops along
road trips. Event listings come from third-party providers such as
Ticketmaster.
Event information
Event details, dates, times, prices, availability, venues, are provided by
third parties and can change or contain errors. Always verify details
with the venue or organizer before making plans or traveling. We are
not responsible for cancelled, rescheduled, sold-out, or misdescribed events,
or for tickets purchased through third-party links.
Affiliate links and commissions
Some outbound links on dayfari.com, ticket, tour, transfer, and
flight booking links, for example, are affiliate links. If you book
through one, Dayfari may earn a commission from the partner (currently
Klook, and Travelpayouts, which handles bookings with Tiqets,
GetTransfer, and Kiwi.com). Affiliate links are marked
rel="sponsored" in the page code. The commission never
increases the price you pay, and it never changes which events or
businesses we list or how we rank them.
A booking you make through an affiliate link is a contract between
you and that partner or seller, under their terms. We are not
responsible for third-party bookings, changes, or refunds, check the
seller's terms before you pay.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk harvesting of event
data, no attempts to disrupt the Service, and no unlawful use. We may limit or
suspend access for abuse.
Premium subscriptions
Dayfari Premium is sold through Google Play as a subscription. Payment,
renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own
terms. Premium features are as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Your content
Photos and notes you add stay on your device. You are responsible for making
sure you have the right to keep and use anything you add.
Community submissions
You may submit a business or event for listing on dayfari.com. By submitting,
you confirm that:
you are authorized to submit the listing (for example, you own or represent
the business, organize the event, or have their permission), and
the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe
anyone's rights.
You give Dayfari permission to publish, display, and lightly edit your
submission (for formatting, clarity, or corrections) on dayfari.com and in
the app.
Every submission is reviewed by a person before anything goes
live. We may approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any
time, for any reason, without notice.
There is no guarantee your submission will be published,
or how quickly.
No spam, impersonation, misleading information, or illegal content. We may
block repeat offenders.
To correct or remove your listing, email
support@dayfari.com and we will take care of it.

warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
