He always says , "rdquo" -> we were never rich, but daddy always made sure he gave us what we needed and we never did without". Bill's humble upbringing rings through in the writing that he does. His entire family is filled with truly gifted musicians, but Bill decided to step out into the spotlight with his gift and try to use what he says is his , "rdquo" -> God given ability".
